A private car park is located next to the villa and can accommodate a medium-sized vehicle. If you plan to rent a car, please take note of the road access conditions, which are outlined below.
To ensure the safety of the villa’s equipment and your well-being, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the property. This is to guarantee your peace of mind during your stay. The use of external vendors is strictly prohibited and will incur a fine of IDR 2.000.000.
The entire villa is exclusively yours during your stay; no space is shared with others.
However, as we do not own the rice fields in front of the property, you may occasionally see farmers passing by while working their land. This is a natural part of life in Bali, and we encourage you to take it as an opportunity to observe the local way of life.
As the villa is newly built and situated in a remote area with stunning rice field views, the road leading to the property is not perfectly paved. The road is narrow, made of limestone rather than asphalt, and can get muddy after heavy rains. There are occasional potholes, and there are no street lamps along the way, so it can be dark at night.
If you plan to rent a car, we recommend bringing a smaller vehicle. Cars larger than a Toyota Avanza may have difficulty navigating the road. Please keep this in mind for a smooth arrival.
Living in close proximity to nature comes with its charm, and at this villa, this means you may hear sounds from insects inhabiting the surrounding rice fields. Bali’s natural environment is also home to geckos and other small insects, which are harmless and an important part of the local ecosystem. Though we regularly perform gentle pest control at the villa, you may still encounter some wildlife during your stay.
Additionally, the rice fields around the property are a vital food resource for the local community.
Therefore, harvesting activities may occur at different times of the year. Please note that we are not responsible for any changes in the surrounding landscape outside of our scope.
As the property is located in a relatively remote area, electricity supply may not always be as stable as in urban locations.
Power outages from the main provider can occasionally happen. Unfortunately, we do not have a generator on-site to counteract this. We kindly ask for your understanding if this occurs during your stay.
The living area is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in the common spaces. However, ceiling fans are provided, and the sliding doors can be opened to allow for natural breezes, ensuring a comfortable environment.
