Living Areas

Villa is a spacious 4-bedroom home designed to blend seamlessly with its surrounding terraces, taking advantage of panoramic views over rice paddies and soaking in the glorious sunsets from all of the living and bedroom areas.

The clever split-level design offers a humble image from its entry, only to impress with its grandeur and expansive views as you step through the antique teak doors to a daylit foyer, and begin to discover the many bespoke spaces within the property.

The integrated layout makes it easy to keep an eye on younger ones (all living areas overlook the pool) while parents have places to retreat for privacy.

Main Living, Dining and Kitchen areas are located on the entrance level, where a backdrop of sliding doors open onto paddy vistas and overlook the infinity pool and garden below.

An extended terrace is the perfect venue for a delightful alfresco breakfast or sunset drinks. The Dining Room’s centerpiece 12-person dining table is a hub of activity, adjacent to a spacious and fully fit-out open kitchen planned to western expectations for those guests who prefer to indulge in their own preparation.

The adjacent 2-floor wing accommodates three of the four bedrooms, including the largest Master Suite on the lower level, and 2 additional en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor. A Family Room on the lower level is the focal point of the house for entertainment, TV, games and even a well-stocked library to browse.

Lush landscaped gardens complement the villa’s intimate connection with its surroundings. All activities revolve around the central lawn and its 12m infinity pool with sundeck. Sink into its loungers or enjoy a game of fusball on its adjacent terrace.

Those keen on further privacy and a truly immersive experience will find it at the lower end of the property in the stand-alone guesthouse. Step across the unique sky bridge to arrive at our open-air covered pavilion, ideal for yoga classes or any multi-function activity. Or to just enjoy a simple hammock and the stunning rice field views.

Master Suite

The luxurious Master Suite occupies the ground floor while embracing the main pool and garden views. It features a super-king size bed and desk, a comfy dormer that converts to an extra bed if needed, and a generous walk-in wardrobe with space to spare.

The bedroom is discreetly connected to a sumptuous bathroom furnished with en-suite bathtub, dual vanities, dual shower heads and toilet. The bathroom extends into its own private zen garden and the privacy of a discreet, hot water outdoor shower.

Duck Suite & Egg Suite

This pair of en-suite bedrooms on the upper level impress with their comfort and combined balcony that take in the magnificent views and sunset. Both feature king size beds, air-con comfort, cable TV, work desks & tasteful bathrooms. They are named after the theme of their striking photographic art by Jakarta-based photographer Martin Westlake.

Bale Suite

The one-room guesthouse, located one level below the open yoga deck, is a charming retreat apart from the main house. It offers a king size bed in aircon comfort within its own private garden, a double-size sofa bed, mini-fridge & refreshments. Its private garden and patio deck take in views across the paddies and towards the sunset. A unique open-air bathroom is nestled within its surrounding lush greenery.
