This garden oasis in the heart of hip and happening Seminyak, is the perfect base for a big group holiday to Bali. With 9 bedrooms all with en-suites and a huge living area that overlooks the large lush gardens and its own amazing private pool area, Villa is perfect for guests wanting to enjoy the best that Seminyak has to offer at flexible prices to meet the size of your group.

Upon walking into Villa, you will be struck by the enormity of the property, a it is one of Seminyaks largest villas The garden space takes over half the property and you will be drawn to the large open air living room, which also houses the kitchen, the dining area, the bar, the area is completed with 2 couch areas, a TV room.

The area overlooks the large L shaped private swimming pool which provides a great space for the group to spend their time. There are a number of sun loungers and gazebo’s that help for relaxing around the pool on the wooden decking. There are other smaller pools that can be used for children and toddlers so just let us know before hand if you want these filled up.

Villa is a super stylish villa, with emphasis on combining the open air Bali style living areas with a fashionista’s inspiration of island designs to really emphasis that Bali Villa feeling. You won’t find a better more inclusive villa for relaxing, with your group. You will rearly want to venture out of the living room and pool area at Villa, but seeing as though you are in the heart of Seminyak, it won’t take you long to be back.

Bedrooms

Villa has 9 bedrooms all with their own unique style and personality, and we provide flexible rates for using villa exclusively, and room rates for renting as a boutique hotel.

The rooms are made of various Indonesian wooden structures and the owner has finished the rooms in her own personal styling, which creates 9 very different bedrooms in Villa. All the bedrooms come with private en-suties and your own verandah.

For private usage Villa rates range from 7 – 9 bedrooms giving the flexibility to accommodate what ever size holiday group is travelling with you to Bali. We have also allowed for private room renting as a boutique hotel, when we don’t have private groups staying with us at Villa.
