A stunning metal sculpture wraps around Villa’s top floor, providing practical shade and a delightful play of light in two of the villa’s four bedrooms. Two more bedrooms overlook the enticing 25-metre pool. Living and dining spaces are chic, comfortable and flow freely to the garden.

A covered barbecue dining area and timber ‘bridge’ deck above the pool provide stylish outdoor relaxation space, and the well-equipped gym is just the place to work off the spectacular meals cooked by your private chef, just one of the fantastic team of staff at the villa.

The villa’s central Seminyak location means that many attractions are within easy walking distance. Don’t hesitate to ask the villa manager to call one of the island’s safe and reasonably priced metered taxis, or to organise day or half-day car and driver hire for sightseeing (additional cost).

Things To Know

Check-In:
Guests are required to show a photo ID, credit card, and confirmation letter upon check-in. Please notify the property in advance of your arrival time.
Check-Out:
Check-in from 14.00 PM to 22.00 PM
Check-out from 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Age Requirement:
No age restriction for check-in.

Child Policy:
Maximum of 2 children per villa. Children can stay overnight, and the following policies apply:

0 – 5 years:
Free (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed). Baby cot on request (IDR 550,000 per child, per night).
6 – 11 years:
IDR 450,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed).
12+ years:
IDR 650,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast and Extra Bed).

Note:
Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately at the time of stay.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the room. Smoking is permitted only outside the room.

Quiet Hours:
Guests must maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. A security deposit and additional cleaning fee will apply if pets are allowed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
This promotion is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only for urgent circumstances, with supporting documentation required.

Payments & Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed when 50% to 100% of the total amount is paid. All rates include tax and service charge.

Events:
Events are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. If approved, an Event Policy will apply.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Late Check Out:
Late check out until 6pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate (subject to availability).
