Villa is made from a subtle blend of antique Indonesian teak houses (a Joglo & a Gladak) and modern architecture, the style of tropical Balinese villas nowadays.

When you enter in the property by the antique wooden door, the first thing which will surprise you will be the splendid tropical garden.

In the middle of this one, the overflow swimming pool incites you for a cooling bath and next to it the sun beds will await you for a moment of extreme relaxation.

The main house overlooks this splendid tropical garden.

This place includes a kitchen with an iron wooden bar, a dining table, a TV corner, and a lounge with its comfortable sofa as well as a terrace furnished with 4 Soo Santai bean bags.

You will find two of the spacious modern bedrooms which have a beautiful garden view thanks to its window bay. Each one has its private tropical bathroom, one of them is equipped with a terraso bathtub.

The third bedroom located few steps away, stands in a Gladak which will immerse you in a typical Balinese atmosphere.

Villa is situated at the end of a quiet alley in the area of Umalas, famous for its peaceful atmosphere close to all facilities. Monsieur Spoon, the best French bakery & pastry in Bali is only 500 meters away, the center of Seminyak is just at 5 minutes and it takes 30 minutes to drive from Bali International Airport.

Things To Know

Check-In:
Guests are required to show a photo ID, credit card, and confirmation letter upon check-in. Please notify the property in advance of your arrival time.
Check-Out:
Check-in from 14.00 PM to 22.00 PM
Check-out from 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Age Requirement:
No age restriction for check-in.

Child Policy:
Maximum of 2 children per villa. Children can stay overnight, and the following policies apply:

0 – 5 years:
Free (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed). Baby cot on request (IDR 550,000 per child, per night).
6 – 11 years:
IDR 450,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed).
12+ years:
IDR 650,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast and Extra Bed).

Note:
Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately at the time of stay.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the room. Smoking is permitted only outside the room.

Quiet Hours:
Guests must maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. A security deposit and additional cleaning fee will apply if pets are allowed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
This promotion is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only for urgent circumstances, with supporting documentation required.

Payments & Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed when 50% to 100% of the total amount is paid. All rates include tax and service charge.

Events:
Events are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. If approved, an Event Policy will apply.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Late Check Out:
Late check out until 6pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate (subject to availability).
