The villa traditional Balinese entrance opens onto a delightfully private walled garden. Here, an open-sided living and dining pavilion with kitchenette provides easy access to the sun terrace and pool, set on manicured lawns surrounded by tropical blooms. To one side is the sleeping pavilion where two bedrooms – each with its own ensuite bathroom and dressing area – open onto a shared veranda.
Alongside is a positively palatial L-shaped ensuite bathroom, with twin basins, statement bathtub, rain shower enclosure, and a separate dressing room and walk-in wardrobe.
A small lobby leads to the bedroom with ensuite bathroom/dressing room and seating area that also opens to the pool terrace. Avalon III has access to the main villa garden – a useful short-cut for those renting both villas together.
