A huge upstairs terrace where you can relax and unwind on the beanbags and enjoy the sweeping views of Batu Bolong. The upstairs living space also has a sofa that can also be used as an additional bed.
The 3rd floor is home to a media room with a smart tv for cosy nights in.
This is a fully staffed and serviced villa. With a Villa Manager, Butler, housekeeping and security.
Meals can be prepared by our staff, we operate a groceries system at our villa, which means that you only pay for the actual receipts for groceries and drinks and a 20% villa charge which covers costs without a receipt (such as transport fuel) and maintaining a stock of standard ingredients, with anything left going to the staff, and for that our team will go out and purchase the groceries, prepare, cook, serve the meals and drinks, and then clear up afterwards.
Due to the central location there are no allocated parking spaces. However for scooters and bikes they can be parked on the side of the road in front of the villa.
For car parking our staff can help you find a parking space nearby.
