Villa consists of 3 bedroom villa with lush tropical garden, located in central of Seminyak.Two of the bedrooms with king size bed and the other with twin bed all has the mosquito net, Air condition, Cable TV, and safety box. All bedrooms come with an en‐suite open air bathroom with showers + bathtub. Shops and shampoo provided.

Enjoy the sun on our private pool with size 12 x 3 meters. Open space living area adjoining with fully equipped kitchen and dining area sits up to 6 people. The villa builds in one storey building and children friendly with small grass area will perfect for a family traveler with kids.

Bedrooms:

3 bedrooms with en‐suite each; (2) rooms with king beds and (1)room equipped with two single beds. All room features luxury beds, AC, TV, fans, mosquito net wardrobes, safety box and quality linen.

Bathrooms:

3 open‐air bathroom features showers and bathtub, mirrors, toilet, towels, soaps, shampoos and hair dryers.

Kitchen:

An open window kitchen that faces its garden and private pool. The Kitchen equipped with all modern facilities including refrigerator, pantry, toaster, juice mixer, microwave, and quality utensils.

Living:

Things To Know

Check-In:
Guests are required to show a photo ID and confirmation letter upon check-in. Please notify the property in advance of your arrival time.
Check-Out:
Check-in from 14.00 PM to 22.00 PM
Check-out from 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Age Requirement:
No age restriction for check-in.

Child Policy:
Maximum of 2 children per villa. Children can stay overnight, and the following policies apply:

0 – 5 years:
Free (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed). Baby cot on request (IDR 550,000 per child, per night).
6 – 11 years:
IDR 450,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed).
12+ years:
IDR 650,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast and Extra Bed).

Note:
Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately at the time of stay.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the room. Smoking is permitted only outside the room.

Quiet Hours:
Guests must maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. A security deposit and additional cleaning fee will apply if pets are allowed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
This promotion is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only for urgent circumstances, with supporting documentation required.

Payments & Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed when 50% to 100% of the total amount is paid. All rates include tax and service charge.

Events:
Events are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. If approved, an Event Policy will apply.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Late Check Out:
Late check out until 6pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate (subject to availability).
