Villa is a contemporary, six-bedroom holiday villa that sits just back from the sands of Beach in south-west Bali. Combined with its adjoining five-bedroom beachfront sister villa, it is an ideal venue for large weddings or special events for 100+ guests.

With a full complement of staff, luxurious accommodation including a children’s bunkroom, lots of facilities, indoor and outdoor dining rooms and a bar area, and a private pool with sun decks and relaxation pavilion, the villa is well-suited to family groups or large groups of friends who wish to relax in peace and quiet.

Seseh village, south-west Bali, Indonesia.

Capacity

10 adults and 4 children (5 ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds, 3 of which is convertible to twin beds, plus 1 kids’ bedroom with 4 bunk beds). 2 extra beds may be set up on request (additional charge).

Staff

Shared between Villas I and II are a villa manager; private chef; villa attendants; security; gardener and maintenance team. Additional staff (babysitters, masseuses) available on request.

Dining

Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes. Requests accommodated (including special diets).

Communication

WiFi internet access; landline for local calls; mobile phone coverage.

Entertainment

TVs in all rooms including living room and bedrooms; DVD player; surround sound; iPod docks in each room (Bluetooth or cable through Sonos system; Xbox; PlayStation.

Villas are well equipped for families. Facilities include children’s pool; cutlery and plates; baby cot; high chair; DVDs; toys and pool toys.

Spa

In-villa treatments selected from a comprehensive spa menu can be carried out by professional beauty therapists (extra cost applies).

Transport

Airport transfers can easily be arranged with your villa manager. The villa also offers one 7-seat car available for guest use for 8 hours a day, excluding petrol. Additional transport can be organised by your villa manager if required (additional cost).

Things To Know

Check-In:
Guests are required to show a photo ID and confirmation letter upon check-in. Please notify the property in advance of your arrival time.
Check-Out:
Check-in from 14.00 PM to 22.00 PM
Check-out from 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Age Requirement:
No age restriction for check-in.

Child Policy:
Maximum of 2 children per villa. Children can stay overnight, and the following policies apply:

0 – 5 years:
Free (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed). Baby cot on request (IDR 550,000 per child, per night).
6 – 11 years:
IDR 450,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed).
12+ years:
IDR 650,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast and Extra Bed).

Note:
Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately at the time of stay.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the room. Smoking is permitted only outside the room.

Quiet Hours:
Guests must maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. A security deposit and additional cleaning fee will apply if pets are allowed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
This promotion is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only for urgent circumstances, with supporting documentation required.

Payments & Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed when 50% to 100% of the total amount is paid. All rates include tax and service charge.

Events:
Events are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. If approved, an Event Policy will apply.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Late Check Out:
Late check out until 6pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate (subject to availability).
