These Terms and Conditions do not apply if CV. Bali Villa International has not received a valid payment from the client based on the available evidence.

2. Seasons and Villa Rental Prices

Villa rental prices vary based on seasons as determined by each villa owner or management:

  • Low Season (Quiet Season)
  • Shoulder Season
  • High Season
  • Peak Season

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In: 14.00 WITA
  • Standard Check-Out: 11.00 WITA
  • Early check-in/late check-out: Subject to availability
  • Late check-out (11.00–18.00 WITA): 50% of one-night rate
  • Airport Transfers: Included if stated in booking (1x pick-up + 1x drop-off, private AC car)

4. Security Deposit

  • Required and payable with balance payment
  • Fully refundable on departure, except for damages or losses
  • Refund method: Bank transfer/check after deduction (if applicable)
  • Amount varies by villa policy

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Tenant Cancellation

  • >180 days before arrival: 100% refund of deposit (less admin fee + bank charges)
  • 91–180 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit (less admin fee + charges)
  • ≤30 days before arrival: No refund, no reschedule option

5.2 Owner/Management Cancellation

  • Replacement villa of equivalent value (subject to client approval)
  • If not available: Full Refund of client’s payment
  • No liability for external costs (flights, transport, etc.)

6. Order Changes

Changes subject to villa availability.

7. Events and Parties

  • Villas are for holiday accommodation only
  • Events (weddings, meetings, etc.) require management & local authority approval
  • Possible fees for licenses/permits
  • Some villas may prohibit events based on neighborhood rules

8. Tenant Obligations

  • Tenants must obtain proper travel & medical insurance
  • Tenants are responsible for valid travel documents
  • Compliance with villa rules & max. capacity (2 adults/bedroom)
  • Leaving villa in clean condition
  • BALIVI is not liable for:
    • Injury, sickness, loss, damage, weather, or unforeseen events
    • Delayed/canceled flights & incorrect travel documents
    • Loss/damage to personal items or vehicles
    • Changes made by villa owners or management
    • Illegal acts under Indonesian law

9. Losses and Damages

  • Tenants are responsible for damages caused during stay
  • Owners may terminate stay if guests cause serious damage

10. Complaints

  • Tenants must report issues immediately to villa manager
  • Complaints after check-out are not valid
  • BALIVI is not liable for force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, wars, riots, etc.)

11. Reservation Procedure

  • Reservations accepted via:
    • Website booking form

    • WhatsApp / Phone: +62 812-3888-9747 | +62 813-3988-0133
  • Required Information:
    • Stay period, number of guests, ages, nationality, budget
  • Booking Flow:
    1. Submit booking request with complete data
    2. BALIVI confirms villa availability within 24 hours
    3. If available → Invoice issued with payment instructions
    4. Payment must be completed before due date (otherwise booking is released)
    5. Upon payment → Confirmation letter issued with booking details

12. Payment Method

Bank Transfer Only to official BALIVI account:

  • Bank: PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BCA)
  • Account Number: 040 240 4882

All transfer fees borne by client.
BALIVI is not responsible for transfers made to unauthorized accounts.

13. Agreement

By making payment to CV. Bali Villa International, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
