Villa is a newly renovated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa located in the most sought after area in Bali; the fashionable Oberoi Seminyak. Located less then 5 minutes walk to Eat Street. Villa provides a very affordable villa for bigger groups and families that are looking to spend an amazing holiday in a Bali villa.

The indoor living, dining and kitchen area is enclosed with air-conditioning and provides a great space for the group to relax together. The living room has views over the pool providing guests with a beautiful space to spend their quality Bali holiday time together.

Villa is only twenty minutes away from the airport by car, right in the heart of Seminyak and just a few minutes walk away from beautiful beaches, fine dining, trendy nightlife and chic boutiques; most guests won’t really need to leave the area with so much to do.

Just around the corner you will find popular places to eat, like Cafe Bali, Ultimo, Grocer & Grind and Sisterfields and a large selection of other restaurants on Bali’s popular Eat Street.

For those looking to shop, Seminyak Square, Seminyak Village as well as the great variety of other boutique stores on Jalan Kayu Aya are all easily accessible by foot. For those that like to drink and have a good time, Villa has an array of popular bars, lounges and clubs that are close by such as Kudeta, Potato Head, Motel Mexicola, La Favela, Red Carpet to name a few. In addition to spas like Body Works, art galleries and other tourist places of interest there really is no better base in Seminyak for your holiday. When all this is too much, the beach is an easy escape and the famous La Luciola and Cafe Mano establishments are a must.

Villa Aramis is very quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything you might want to do during your holiday. Our living room is air-conditioned and can be closed off from the outside garden and pool area, perfect for the safety of the kids and to protect from mosquitos.

All 5 bedrooms + livingroom come with Indovision satellite TV with 72 channels. In addition there are DVD players to bring to the room if guests would want as well.

The highspeed fiberoptic internet connection allows guests to stream movies from all rooms.

Things To Know

Check-In:
Guests are required to show a photo ID, credit card, and confirmation letter upon check-in. Please notify the property in advance of your arrival time.
Check-Out:
Check-in from 14.00 PM to 22.00 PM
Check-out from 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Age Requirement:
No age restriction for check-in.

Child Policy:
Maximum of 2 children per villa. Children can stay overnight, and the following policies apply:

0 – 5 years:
Free (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed). Baby cot on request (IDR 550,000 per child, per night).
6 – 11 years:
IDR 450,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed).
12+ years:
IDR 650,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast and Extra Bed).

Note:
Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately at the time of stay.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the room. Smoking is permitted only outside the room.

Quiet Hours:
Guests must maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. A security deposit and additional cleaning fee will apply if pets are allowed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
This promotion is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only for urgent circumstances, with supporting documentation required.

Payments & Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed when 50% to 100% of the total amount is paid. All rates include tax and service charge.

Events:
Events are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. If approved, an Event Policy will apply.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Late Check Out:
Late check out until 6pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate (subject to availability).
