Neighborhood

Seminyak is a mixed tourist residential area on the west coast of Bali in Indonesia, just north of Kuta and Legian.

The area is very popular with plenty of luxury spas and hotels abound. Owing to its high density of high-end shopping, combined with the clustering of many fine eating establishments, it has rapidly become one of the most well-known tourist areas on the island.

Access

This listing is for entire unit. So you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access of the property!

Space

A maximum of six guests can be accommodated in the three bedrooms, which are all with air-conditioning and mosquito-nets.

On the ground level, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and an indoor-outdoor en-suite. The second bedroom on the ground floor, has two queen-single beds and access to the large indoor-outdoor main bathroom next door.

Upstairs, the third bedroom has a four-poster queen-size bed and an en-suite which overlooks the garden and pool.

The main living area is completely open to the beautiful garden and pool which is the perfect place in which to relax away from the hustle and bustle outside. The garden is our treasure – with frangipanis, orchids, a comfortable gazebo (bale) and sun-lounges.

Transit

Take a short walk to get around Seminyak area.
Or if you plan to visit other area, the best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali’s busy roads!

• Extra person (above 5 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate). Please confirm the extra person prior to arrival.
• Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate
• Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
• People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
• The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
