This exquisite 5-bedroom villa boasts one of the best locations in Bali, tucked away down a peaceful lane, only 300 metres from Pettitenget Beach and the boutiques and restaurants of Jalan Oberoi. The Villa is a superbly designed portal to the very best opportunity for pampering and relaxation that Bali has to offer. Spread over two buildings across 600 square metres, the design and décor are truly original with much of the lavish finishing touches specially commissioned.
As you enter the property the manicured lawn stretches out and you can imagine yourself reclining on the double day bed or gently swaying on the swing hanging from one of the trees listening to the birdsong.
Along the terrace of the main building is an outdoor dining area dressed in the villa’s signature blue and white colours with cane covered lamps hanging from the ceiling. Beyond this find a 10 x 4-metre swimming pool where you can take an early morning dip before drying off on one of the deeply upholstered dark blue loungers or under the shade of the Bale. For your convenience a guest bathroom and an outside shower is close by.
Inside the main building a large kitchen, living and dining room is designed for entertaining. Villa is about connection and the space and energy flow easily from the cosy inside to tropical outside garden. Have predinner drinks on the terrace, dine inside in the cool of the air-conditioning and then relax in the media room watching home video or singing Karaoke with the help of the 60-inch Android TV.
The kitchen which is beautifully finished has all the equipment that you need including a coffee machine, toastie machine, juicer, oven and hob as well as all the utensils and crockery you may require. To the rear is a butler’s kitchen and a cook can be employed to cater for your stay.
Each room is designed with impeccable attention to detail including straw hats, specially made dressing gowns, bags, and slippers for guest’s convenience. Every room has a king-size bed adorned in high thread counts linens and the twin room has beds that can be configured into a king if required.

The first master suite is situated in the downstairs of the main building and comprises a king-size bed, plentiful storage and an ensuite with a magnificent brass bathtub. The richness of the colour palette along with these brass finishing touches make for a truly opulent atmosphere, picture yourself soaking here after a day surfing the breaks in nearby Canggu or climbing one of the volcanos for sunrise.
The second master suite also comprises a king-size bed and lots of storage for all your shopping and souvenirs but is situated on the ground floor of the annex building. Because it is a separate building to the media room, there is a TV for your convenience. Like the first master, it has a sumptuous ensuite with a brass bath in a slightly different design.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are very similar in specification except one is on the second floor of the annex and the other on the top floor of the main building. Both have been designed with comfort at the forefront and have luxurious king-size beds and ensuite shower rooms in keeping with the richness found elsewhere in Villa.
The twin room is a perfect place for the children but can be converted into a double if required and has a galley style ensuite with a shower.
This villa comes fully staffed by a wonderful team who want to ensure your stay is a memorable one. A private chef available daily with guests able to choose from the extensive in-house menu. Please note, Villa has a No Pork Policy.
You own personal butler will serve you during the day and a villa manager can help facilitate trips around the island and in making restaurant reservations or booking other activities. There is daily housekeeping service and a cook to help with breakfast. A grocery shopping service can also be employed at a % surcharge.
Villa offers a wealth of comfort not only behind its blue doors but also outside them. Located in the centre of Seminyak, near to the famous Eat Street otherwise known as Jalan Oberoi guest are very near a host of cafes, restaurants, spas and boutique-style shops as well as Seminyak Square Shopping Centre.
This is the perfect place to base any holiday on the island and day trips to Uluwatu or Ubud are also easily arranged. Seminyak beach is about 300 metres away and is one of the best places to watch the spectacular sunsets famous on this part of the coast.
Walk down to KuTeDa or one of the other high-end beach clubs and watch to the show with one of their signature cocktails.
