Villa occupy a private compound of 1200 sqm, with one main house, a stand alone guest house and a large private pool. Then villa represents a very relaxing tropical villa with open concept, wrapped with a beautiful garden.
The two-stories main building houses a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, located behind the dining area. On it’s end, there is a terrace fitted with sofa perfect for sunset cocktail.
Two bedrooms are set behind this area each with en-suite bathrooms and private terrace.
Further, the stair case between these two bedrooms leads to the upper floor where the large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a kids’ room are located. The kid’s room is featuring a bunk bed, and enjoy share bathroom with the master bedroom.
Another guest bedroom is conveniently located on one edge of the pool. It is directly facing the pool with en suite bathroom.
The outdoor space is enjoyable; guest can enjoy a nice relaxing daytime by the pool or at the gazebo near the pool. For family time, a nice BBQ by the pool can be a great option.
