This Villa is one of the 5 luxury private-pool holiday homes. Villa is one of the biggest villas, housing 5 bedrooms to accommodate big families from all over the world. Located in Seminyak, the most popular and sophisticated beach town in Bali, there are plenty of things to see and do around town aside from Seminyak’s lively beach with beach bars, clubs and magical sunsets. Villa features a big garden and pool, an open-plan living room and plenty of places to sit and relax, spending quality time with those you love.
This beautiful traditional Balinese luxury villa is just the perfect holiday haven for large families or a big group of friends seeking a spacious, tropical holiday retreat in the heart of Seminyak – the most fashionable beach town in the south of Bali Island. The living room is tucked in a double-storey, open-concept building, embracing the tropical lifestyle that we love so much.
The interior design is all natural, featuring teak wood and rattan furniture, all custom-designed and the room is beautifully decorated with antiques, traditional art and traditional textiles.
The sofa lounge sits in the middle of the living room, featuring 3 cushioned rattan sofas and 3 comfy armchairs, placed around a single slab teak wood coffee table.
A lovely place to sit back, enjoying the view of the garden and pool. For entertainment, the living room is set out with a LED screen HD TV and sound system so you can also watch movies and listen to your favourite music. The teak wood dining table is truly handsome and it is accompanied by 12 rattan dining chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with more than you need, including a wine cooler.
Following the stairs up to the second floor leads to a bridge that connects two of the bedrooms in the estate.
The bridge is furnished with two super comfy daybeds where you can lounge and snooze to the view of rice paddies.
A secret spot to make use of! The garden is utterly tropical with palm trees swaying their leaves around the sparkling 18 x 4-meter swimming pool. The pool is flanked by a shady terrace on one side and a soft manicured lawn on the other.
Take your pick between a comfy chair to sit and have drinks or a luxurious long-chair under the sun to work on that tropical island tan.
There are plenty!
In need of shade?
Go lounge in the gazebo while watching the kids play in the shallow area of the swimming pool. Balinese parasols provide shady spots in the shallow water so parents won’t have to worry about their kids sunburning in seconds.
There are 5 bedrooms found in this grand tropical holiday estate. 2 of them are located up on the first floor, 1 flanks the living room downstairs and the other 2 are tucked in a separate building on the other side of the pool.
Each bedroom features AC and a canopied four-poster bed tucked in fresh white linen.
The bedrooms are decorated with traditional artifacts and rich traditional textiles and each room is also furnished a writing desk, reading chair and custom-made wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the upper bedrooms feature open-air showers with mesmerizing rice paddy views.
