Imagine waking up to the sound of a rushing river. Villa is set on 1500 m2 land amid the natural surroundings of trees, cascading rice fields and a river – the traditional setting of a Balinese village; a wonderful gift of space. It is a simple modern villa that opens out onto a large grass lawn and private pool. The location is just a few minutes drive from Pererenan Beach where shops, surf and nice restaurants can all be found to add to a fun-packed vacation with friends and family!
The villa, designed and built by Ross Franklin, is a three-bedroom contemporary retreat with expansive tropical lawns, a private pool, and optionally enclosed living spaces and spacious outdoor terraces to make the most of the natural atmosphere.
All bedrooms are fully overlooking the large gardens, swimming pool and a natural forest across the river. Villa is an ideal starting point for discovering both the culture and nature which Bali is famous for – conveniently near the short road to the famous Tanah Lot Temple. Surf spots such as Echo beach and Pererenan beach are within a 10-15 minutes drive straight from the villa, or a more scenic backroad bike ride.
The master bedroom is on the second floor, and the second bedroom is right under the master bedroom, both with large terraces to sit down in and enjoy the full views of the gardens, pool, river and forest, enriched with cascading rice fields view just next to the villa.
The third bedroom on the 2nd floor connects to the living area is also functions as the audio-visual room, but is easily reversible into a proper bedroom. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, with en-suite bathrooms that have freestanding bathtubs for all guests.
The second and third bedrooms can also be setup as double or single beds according to your needs, with comfortable world class mattresses. The main building offers a spacious living area with dining space and a fully set kitchen. They are minimally furnished with wooden interiors for a clean and crisp layout. The living room’s large terrace is a perfect place for relaxing, yoga, reading and self-rejuvenating.
More and more restaurants are opening in Canggu and it’s very easy to order food into the villa or, for a small charge, our staff can prepare beautiful Balinese and contemporary meals served to your pleasure.
The outdoor staff and security guard would also be happy to assist whenever required. The managers would be there at the guest service for any special requests such as tour reservations, baby gears, and more.
