Villa is a modern luxury 3 en-suite bedroom villa located in the safe and peaceful village of Batu Belig in north Seminyak. We love Villa and hope you will too - we think it is just a really gorgeous home with that satisfying feeling of a familiar place where one feels at ease and comfortable from the first moment of arrival. Whether you are holidaying as a family [with or without children] or as a group of friends we hope Villa will tick all the boxes for relaxation, well-being and hospitality.

Villa is only a short 4 minute walk from Seminyak Beach with its gorgeous sunsets, surf-schools and local beach cafes, yet the villa is still located in a quiet road undisturbed by traffic or noise. Situated on the quieter side of Seminyak, the area is still relatively peaceful yet easily accessible and just minutes from the vibrancy of the shops, bars andrestaurants of Bali’s most fashionable neighborhood. We hope Villa will be your perfect choice for that special holiday in Bali.

Villa consists of 3 separate pavilions set in private lush tropical gardens around a central courtyard and pool and you are just steps away from local restaurants and the impressive beaches for whichBali is famous. We are also only a short few minutes taxi ride from the main shopping/nightlife area of Seminyak Square.

There is a large lawn and garden area with an inviting clear swimming pool [large enough for lap swimming] for enjoying a very private dip at your leisure.

Villa is a great villa for elderly guests who wish to avoid stairs, with all rooms and all bedrooms being on the ground floor.There is easy access to the street and also secure car parking for two cars is available at the villa. There are safety boxes in each room for your convenience and peace of mind.

Easily accessible sporting facilities include a choice of superb golf courses, horseback riding, dive schools, sailing cruises and ofcourse great surfing! Villa offers privacy and convenience and is great for families or friends.

Villa is 25/35 minutes’ drive from the airport and so wonderfully convenient – we hope you will enjoy the opportunity toexperience the hospitality and charm of our Bali hideaway.

Things To Know

Check-In:
Guests are required to show a photo ID, credit card, and confirmation letter upon check-in. Please notify the property in advance of your arrival time.
Check-Out:
Check-in from 14.00 PM to 22.00 PM
Check-out from 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Age Requirement:
No age restriction for check-in.

Child Policy:
Maximum of 2 children per villa. Children can stay overnight, and the following policies apply:

0 – 5 years:
Free (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed). Baby cot on request (IDR 550,000 per child, per night).
6 – 11 years:
IDR 450,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed).
12+ years:
IDR 650,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast and Extra Bed).

Note:
Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately at the time of stay.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the room. Smoking is permitted only outside the room.

Quiet Hours:
Guests must maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. A security deposit and additional cleaning fee will apply if pets are allowed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
This promotion is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only for urgent circumstances, with supporting documentation required.

Payments & Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed when 50% to 100% of the total amount is paid. All rates include tax and service charge.

Events:
Events are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. If approved, an Event Policy will apply.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Late Check Out:
Late check out until 6pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate (subject to availability).
