Villa is a very private and charming 5 bedroom villa perfectly positioned in the heart of the picturesque rice fields in the quiet scenic region of Canggu. The perfect retreat for families and smaller groups.

The main villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, newly decorated each with a private en-suite bathroom and standing shower. Downstairs, is an open-plan living room and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen. The Living area has comfortable sofas and satellite TV connection. The dining table seats 10 people with views and stair access to the swimming pool, gardens and rice fields.

The guest house features 2 additional spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom en-suites and a large games room complete with table tennis.

Relax by the ‘ L shaped’ swimming pool (9m x 4m) with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is surrounded by gardens, Bougainvillea and frangipani trees.

The villa has a full time housekeeper and cook, evening security, gardener and pool attendant. There is also a site manager to ensure your stay is carefree.

Things To Know

Check-In:
Guests are required to show a photo ID, credit card, and confirmation letter upon check-in. Please notify the property in advance of your arrival time.
Check-Out:
Check-in from 14.00 PM to 22.00 PM
Check-out from 08.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Age Requirement:
No age restriction for check-in.

Child Policy:
Maximum of 2 children per villa. Children can stay overnight, and the following policies apply:

0 – 5 years:
Free (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed). Baby cot on request (IDR 550,000 per child, per night).
6 – 11 years:
IDR 450,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast, stay in existing bed).
12+ years:
IDR 650,000 per child, per night (Inclusive Breakfast and Extra Bed).

Note:
Prices for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately at the time of stay.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the room. Smoking is permitted only outside the room.

Quiet Hours:
Guests must maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. A security deposit and additional cleaning fee will apply if pets are allowed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
This promotion is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only for urgent circumstances, with supporting documentation required.

Payments & Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed when 50% to 100% of the total amount is paid. All rates include tax and service charge.

Events:
Events are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management. If approved, an Event Policy will apply.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Late Check Out:
Late check out until 6pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate (subject to availability).
