The Villas is a complex of three new luxury private pool villas with one gate system, only a few steps from white sand Sanur beach.

There are two 1-bedroom villas (1 units) and one 2-bedroom villa (1 units) total of 4 bedrooms suitable for a group up to 8 guests. Honeymooners and couples will love the tropical romance of our one-bedroom villas, while two-bedroom villa provides ample space for families and larger groups.

Each villa offers absolute privacy, its own swimming pool and all amenities and services you may need.

The estate is just minutes away from the best sunrise beach in south of Bali, wide range selection of restaurants, bars, SPAs and shops.

The Villaswere build in 2015, style is simple and minimalist, presenting clean lines, fresh decor and modern facilities. Each villa has different planning and set up and offers absolute privacy, its own private swimming pool and all amenities and services you may need.

Complex has reception with 24-hours security on site, one gate service system, CCTV cameras on perimeter and shared parking.

We provide daily cleaning service, free wifi internet connection, international TV channels. Other services as breakfast, airport transfers, transportation and tours can be arranged by extra cost.

Villa 1, 1 Bedroom

The romantic one bedroom villa. It consist of closable living room and dining area with ceiling fan, located side by side with the bedroom. Both-living area and bedroom are facing private garden and swimming pool (3×7 meters) with mini Jacuzzi.

The living room features comfortable sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with international channels, and dining table for two person. This villa is complemented by a studio-stye kitchenette with fridge, stove and water dispenser, all kitchen facilities to cook and serve the table.

Air conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king sized bed with high quality linens, closet with safety box and bath robes, bathroom with shower, hot and cold running water.

This tasteful villa is ideal for honeymoon couple and romantic gataway.

Villa 2, 1 Bedroom

While you enter one bedroom, you will get into little garden with dining table for 3. On the right side you will find closable living room and fully equipped kitchenette. Next to it you will see door to the bedroom. Walking through it you will get to the back yard with private swimming pool (3×5 meters) with mini Jacuzzi.

The living room has sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with international channels, kitchenette with fridge, stove and water dispenser, all kitchen facilities for cooking and serving the table.

Air conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king sized bed with high quality linens, closet with safety box and bath robes, bathroom with shower, and hot water.

The villa is good for couple with infant/kid, as the pool is separated and kids have safe place to play in front garden and living area.

Villa 3, 2 Bedrooms

Both bedrooms, living room and dining area are overlooking the 4×8 meters swimming pool and green garden, creating a nice flow of tropical living.

Each bedrooms features comfortable air-conditioning, wardrobe with bath robes, en-suite bathrooms (shower).

The master bedroom configured with a comfortable king size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 x double bed. Safety box is located in the second room.

The living room features a closable-air conditioned room, L-shaped rattan sofa, coffee table, flat screen smart TV with international channels, and extra bathroom with shower area. This room can be used as extra room for larger group.

Dining room is an open area with teak table for six, kitchenette with fridge, stove and water dispenser, cooking and dining utensil.

The villa perfect for a group of four adults with two kids. Extra beds or baby cots can be set up at bedrooms or living room.
