Entering the property with private entrance you find parking lot for 2 cars and scooters.
Passing a fish pod you come to main entrance of the Villa and the doors opens up to a matchless vacation residence.
Ground floor offers kitchen and large living and dining area for privacy of each guest.
Relax in the massage chair or watch TV from the sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped for cocking including microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and water dispenser. Dining area has a large wooden table for up to 10 person, so you can even invite your guests for dinner.
From here you access the lovely swimming pool with 2 sunbeds and 2 pool chairs. Right next to the swimming pool you’ll find a full outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A nice garden is also for your fully private use, yoga sessions or just to relax.
On the porch you have a big BBQ to prepare juice steaks.
All 3 bedrooms are in second floor all with AC, private balcony and nice view on the pool and open ricefields. The large master bedroom has 1.80 x 2.00m king size bed, a working desk and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has 1.80 x 1.90m king size bed also with ensuite bathroom and shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and fits perfectly for children or single guest. Children room has no bathroom.
We can provide a baby cot and chair if needed, please ask. All bedrooms have their own wardrobe. Pristine linens and towels are provided as well as shampoo and body wash.
Villa is unique, not only in size but also because of high class furniture and fixtures. You will have the full villa for your privacy. No sharing with host or other guest.
